I spent a while today figuring out AP ratios, I figure my finds would be greatly appreciated, so here they are:
pre-set conditions:
I set a runepage to 10 AP and took the ratios from there. (This means the ratios aren't taken from 100 AP and may not be perfectly precise, but these values are relatively close)
I am now in the process of finding the ratios at AP = 100
