There exists an ancient order originating in the Ionian Isles dedicated to the preservation of balance. Order, chaos, light, darkness -- all things must exist in perfect harmony for such is the way of the universe. This order is known as the Kinkou and it employs a triumvirate of shadow warriors to uphold its causes in the world.
Kennen is one of these shadow warriors, entrusted with the sacred duty of Coursing the Sun - tirelessly conveying the justice of the Kinkou.Kennen was born in Bandle City and it was said that in his first living moments he bolted first from the womb and second from the midwife who delivered him. His parents had thought that he would outgrow his boundless energy, but as he matured his energy found no limits and was matched only by his unnerving speed. Despite his astonishing gifts, he remained unnoticed (or at least uncaught, as he was quite the prankster) until, on a dare, he ran straight up the great outer wall of the Placidium. When word of this feat reached Kinkou ears, Kennen was quickly and quietly brought in for an audience. He found that the role of the Heart of the Tempest suited him, frenetically delivering both the word and the punishments of the Kinkou across the realm. He now works with his fellows Akali and Shen to enforce the balance of Valoran. This hallowed pursuit has unsurprisingly led the triumvirate to the Fields of Justice.
The Heart of the Tempest beats eternal... and those beaten remember eternally.
Kennen is Great in both 3v3 and 5v5 (Note: Kennen should always either solo top lane in 3v3 or solo mid in 5v5) He has the ability to easily harass and push lanes, He can usually score first blood without even trying to set up a gank.
Here is the skill order i do with Kennen
Summoner Spells
Ignite, Flash(Epic combo)
Start the game by getting
1.Dorans shield+Health pot
Go to the top lane or middle lane depending if your doing 3v3 First Learn your Thundering Shuriken (used to harass,set marks,finish combos) by the time your lvl.3 you will be able to kill your opponent in the lane, start by harassing with 2 thundering shurikens, let your energy build up and wait for his marks to go off, if he get's a bit cocky use Lightning Rush Hit Electrical Surge then Hit them with Thundering Shuriken this will stun them, Flash behind them and use ignite on them and auto attack this will almost guarantee a First Blood, if not it's no big deal they were forced to retreat to town and you get to farm a bit.
Once you have accumulated enough gold for Hunters Guise+Boots of speed(you can buy an ability power tome and boots of speed if you don't feel like waiting for 1450 gold, then just go get hunter's guise when you have 1050) Recall back to base and continue your lane, by now you should be above lvl.6 and able to pull of a very nasty Combo like before but this time you have your ult ;) Lightning Rush>Electrical Surge>Thundering Shuriken "This puts them in a stun", Wait for the stun to wear off and hit your ult, by now your Lightning Rush is back up Repeat the combo again or hit them with ignite and auto attack them.
Once you have enough gold get whatever boots fit your situation, Mercury Treads if your up against Casters, Sorcerers Shoes if you feel confident enough your not going to die.
Next Item on our list is Rylai's Scepter this adds large amounts of health ability power and a slow from your abilities it costs over 3000 gold but feel free to buy the Pre-required items to hold you over, once you have all 3 it costs 700.
By now you should be dominating the score board in assists and kills and having the least amount of deaths.
Your next item on the list is Guinsoo's Rageblade OR Banshee's Veil depending on the situation at hand. Get both either way.
